Yin-Yoga with Hedda Vatten

This class is all about landing in the body, ease the mind, and find connection between brain, body and soul. We dive into the stillness of our bodies and explore the inner rivers and how we can find softness, ease and peace within the most rocky feelings. These classes are calm, soft, easy and made for you to relax. If you haven’t tried meditation or yoga before, perfect, then this class is for you! Experienced? Oh yes it’s for you as well. Morning Flow with Ardena Gojani
9:15 - 10:15

This morning flow offered by Ardena Gojani is catered towards all level yogis, from beginner to advance combining  movement and stillness. It is a grounding practice that focuses on your whole body and is a good way to come back to your body and set your day centred. 


Hatha/Vinyasa with Holly Bean
19:00 - 20:30

This class will flow through yoga asanas, and build up heat in our bodies. We´ll practice breathing exercises and find different ways to use our breath on the mat, and in our daily life. Hatha yoga regularly gives us not only a flexible and strong body, but our mind and thoughts become more flexible and relaxed too.  No experience needed, all levels will be met in the class 😊


Vinyasa with Eivind Linn

Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary week to week.
